Self Install – Free

Our easy Self Install guide makes installation a breeze. Alternatively call our support team for support.

Technician Install – Fee for Service

Prefer a professional install? Give us a call and we’ll send a technician. Our pricing is fair and dependent on the type of issue you are having. If the service issue is deemed to be a carrier fault there is no charge for the call out. If the issue is within your premises our standard call out fee is $209 (inc. GST) for the first hour and then $66 (inc. GST) per half hour block.
