For your convenience, Active Utilities offers a range of handy payment alternatives.  Simply select the method that"s right for you.  

Direct Debit

Never think about another account!  Whether you"re at home, interstate or overseas, Direct Debit pays your account on or near the due date monthly without you lifting a finger.  To take advantage of this handy bank account payment method, just contact us to obtain a Direct Debit authority.

myUtil*

myUtil is the easy and convenient way to manage your utilities accounts online.  With the safe and secure myUtil system one off or regular payments are set up in just a few keystrokes.  myUtil accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and offers the advantage of paperless billing.

BPAY and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)*

If you use online banking, you"re probably already familiar with these payment methods.  Most banks offer BPAY and EFT at no charge, but do be aware there's a processing delay.  So you'll need to allow 7-10 days for your monthly payment to reach Active Utilities.

Phone

Telephone payment is available by calling 1300 587 623.  Select Option 4 to proceed to a representative where accounts can be settled using Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Mail

Yes, Active Utilities are one of the few providers to still accept payment by mail.  You'll find there's a payment stub included with your monthly bill for just that purpose.  Simply tear that off and post your payment to:

Please allow 7-10 days for your payment to be received and processed.
