myUtil is a secure system that allows you flexible and safe online access to your account. Any time night or day, myUtil lets you:
- Add, remove or change your services;
- Use AU eBill to receive email accounts and make bank payments;
- Make secure credit card payments;
- Review service usage or submit a question about you bill;
- Create a Direct Debit so you never need to worry about the due date again.
Daily system maintenance and updates are generally performed between 12am and 4am. Intermittent logon ability may be experienced during this time. Normal service will return by 4am.
